General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a binding legal contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gooobet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all aspects of your use of the gooobet website, any mobile-optimised version of the site, any application made available by gooobet, and all products and services accessible through the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and promotional offers.

1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. 1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible.
1.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on gooobet, constitute the entire agreement between you and gooobet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use gooobet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

- You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate accounts are not permitted.

2.1 Age Verification
gooobet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the operation of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification has been completed, gooobet may restrict deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality on your account. Any winnings accrued by a player subsequently found to be under 18 will be forfeited in full.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online betting is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering. gooobet makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular location. 2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions
Citizens and residents of certain countries are prohibited from registering at gooobet regardless of where they are physically located at the time of access. If gooobet determines that an account has been opened by a person in a prohibited jurisdiction, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where technically feasible.

Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. 3.2 Account Security

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and all bonus balances will be permanently forfeited. 3.4 Account Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your email address, phone number, or linked payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. gooobet will send important communications — including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional notifications — to the contact details on file. gooobet cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of communications due to outdated account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals
gooobet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through locally integrated payment partners. There are no international transfer fees or currency conversion charges applied by gooobet. Third-party payment processors may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which gooobet accepts no liability.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on gooobet is ৳500 per transaction. This threshold applies across all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gooobet; however, individual payment providers may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits which are outside gooobet's control.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your gooobet account. gooobet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and approved by the gooobet finance team, processing times are as follows:

4.4 Refusal of Transactions
gooobet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, gooobet may request additional documentation before processing the transaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.
4.5 Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. gooobet reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The dormant account fee will not reduce the balance below zero.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
gooobet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories that are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made. The general principles governing all bonus activity on gooobet are set out below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make their first deposit on gooobet may qualify for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to players who have not previously held an account on gooobet and who make a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500. 5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Cash bets placed before the bonus was credited, or bets on excluded games, do not count towards wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
gooobet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; wagering on both outcomes of an event using separate accounts; placing low-variance bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or exploiting a combination of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, gooobet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
5.4 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses issued by gooobet are subject to an expiry date. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not completed within the stated time period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players should check the expiry date of each bonus in their account dashboard at the time of claiming.
5.5 Seasonal Promotions
gooobet periodically runs seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid bonuses, BPL season offers, Pohela Boishakh free bets, and Victory Day cashback campaigns. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, and crash game activity conducted on gooobet. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in full.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by gooobet. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. gooobet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or delay acceptance of any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed our stated maximum stake limits or that we have reason to believe are placed in bad faith.
6.2 Odds and Prices
Odds displayed on gooobet are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been confirmed, the odds are fixed at the level stated in the confirmation. In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or systematic mispricing — gooobet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
6.3 In-Play Betting
gooobet offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test fixtures), football, and other supported sports. In-play odds update in real time. There may be brief periods during which in-play markets are suspended to allow odds recalculation — this is normal and does not constitute a fault. Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided at gooobet's discretion if the data system indicates the bet was placed after a key event had already occurred.
6.4 Casino Game Fairness

6.5 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server disconnection, or software error during a game round or bet, gooobet will attempt to resolve the affected round using the most recently recorded valid game state. If the game state cannot be recovered, the bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned. gooobet cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gooobet. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or access gooobet services without human oversight.
- Colluding with other players, coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts, or sharing privileged information with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or exploiting inside knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or data feed used by gooobet.
- Impersonating another player, gooobet staff member, or any third party when communicating with our support team.
- Registering an account using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information.
- Systematically exploiting promotions, free bets, or bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
7.1 Anti-Money Laundering
gooobet is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. We apply risk-based due diligence measures, monitor transaction patterns for suspicious activity, and may report unusual behaviour to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Where an account is flagged for AML investigation, gooobet may freeze the account and withhold funds pending the outcome of the review.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may close a gooobet account at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@gooobet with a written request. gooobet will process the closure request within 5 business days, during which time any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
If you choose to close your account for personal reasons — including a decision to stop gambling — gooobet will honour the request promptly. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period instead of permanent closure. Self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion are available through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings. 8.2 Closure by gooobet
gooobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if, in our reasonable judgement, the account holder has:
- Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Failed to complete required identity or payment verification within the stated time frame.
- Become subject to a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by gooobet — all bonus balances and pending promotional rewards are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any ongoing investigations or withheld amounts related to suspected fraud or terms violations. Access to historical transaction records will remain available for 30 days after closure upon written request.
8.4 Right to Appeal
If your account has been suspended or closed by gooobet and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@gooobet within 30 days of receiving the closure notification. gooobet will acknowledge your appeal within 3 business days and provide a final decision within 21 business days. The decision reached following the appeal process is final and binding.
8.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gooobet's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — including loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gooobet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
8.6 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between you and gooobet that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support channels should be submitted in writing to support@gooobet. gooobet commits to responding to all formal disputes within 21 business days. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any external or legal remedy.
